noisy room faulty television
The television had a fault. The room was very noisy. I could hear everything happening outside and in the next room. It was difficult to relax. I also found the television difficult to operate because the instructions were not clear. The remote was not very responsive.

i found the breakfast good it had a wide variety of choices. the staff were very friendly and cute i noticed the location was excellent too. the onsite parking was convenient.

The room included a mini-fridge! I found the staff very helpful. The hotel offered excellent parking and it felt very secure.

good lighting friendly staff
The room had good lighting and convenient facilities. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It. The restaurant provided good food very quickly and with a smile, I appreciated that. The parking was good and easy to find.
I would have liked to open a window for some fresh air.

updated styling nespresso machine uncomfortable bed single beds
the room looked updated and the styling was nice. the nespresso machine was a nice change from the usual kettle and coffee bags.
the beds were not comfortable. we had two single beds pushed together and did not sleep well.

fantastic stay near wembley
friendly staff drink discount complimentary drinks great selection
the staff was very friendly, from the reception to the bar. i received a discount on drinks in the pub due to my hotel stay. the complimentary drinks in the room fridge were a nice bonus. the pub provided a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices.
the tv remote needed new batteries.

the room included complimentary water and coffee bags that tasted very good. the shower was great, and i had no issues with water pressure. the room was also comfy, and i slept soundly each night.
